  Watch out fashion world because there is a new hot designer in the United States making her 2003 debut. Her name, DeBora Rachelle. Her taste, impeccable. DeBora started her career as a bridal store owner. She found that she was not able to find the styles her promers were looking for at the prices they wanted to spend. The dresses at market were either of low quality at reasonable rates or high quality at prices customers weren't willing to pay. Since the prom season is so short, she also noticed that promers didn't have time to order the specialty dresses that would normally take 6 to 8 weeks to have made.
